My managers wish to have the following information. (SDP Buil 7506 and MS SQL Server)

 

1/ To calculate for every request, the elapsed time between its creation ( Open) and its attribution in a technician, which for us corresponds to the status ( Assigned).

2/ To calculate this average time, over the previous week and the previous month.

3/ To Calculate for every request, the elapsed time between its attribution to a technician, who for us corresponds to the (Assigned) status and its resolution ( Resolved).

 

4 / To Calculate this average time, during the previous week and the previous month by technician.
