Need report on a technicians using a license
We are trying to manage our license usage and I'm having a bit of trouble getting a report on technicians who are using a license. I can't seem to find which field in the database indicates this.
I have several technicians built for notification purposes only and have occasionally disabled the login for a technician that doesn't use the system much when bringing on a new tech. I need to get an accurate report on that.
