NEED HELP WITH EMAIL NOTIFICATION
I need help with email notifications.... i have tried everything including groups and rules......but every time a ticket is sent to the helpdesk technicians are not getting emails stating that the ticket has been sent in to the help desk ....can someone plz help with this issure......step by step procedure would be appreciated......
