Hi There,

      I am trying to report on a couple of things. firstly I need a report that shows the number of calls raised within a given period by mode to the service desk.

      secondly I need a report that shows the number of calls that have been sent to each group from the service desk within a given period.

      I am as technical as a teddy bear when it comes to writing queries so any help would be appreciated.
