Need Help to create resolved ticket per site

Dear Support

I have to make a SLA Resolved every month report base on site for Exp:
Site       Qty of Ticket       SLA Resolved
Site A      10                        100.00%
Site B      16                        100.00%
Site C      13                          99.00%

I have to make a SLA Respond every month report base on site for Exp:
Site       Qty of Ticket       SLA Respond
Site A      10                          97.00%
Site B      16                          99.00%
Site C      13                        100.00%

I have to make a CSI Respond every month report base on site for Exp:
Site       Qty of Ticket       SLA Respond
Site A      10                          88.00%
Site B      16                          85.00%
Site C      13                          87.00%

For Information we are use SDP Version     : 9.0 Build 9046 using SQL
