Need Feature to send sms to requester while aprive status is need for Clarification
Hi friends,
I need a trigger for SMS to be sent to the requester when the approver sets the approval status to "need for clarification" and sends a clarification request to the requester.
Does this feature already exist in ServiceDesk Plus 14306 or last version?
