Need assistance for raising tickets in service desk

Hello,

I have integrated SD Plus with AD Manager, and I would like to have requests get raised automatically from the orchestration I have created in Service Desk. Basically, what I want to implement is that whenever Requester submits a request regarding a user onboarding by using AD Manager, I want that specific request gets raised in SD. I have tried API configuration by reading documents related to this situation but I still struggle with it. I genuinely have no idea how to solve it. what I always would get by configuring API in AD manager is either error 400 or 500. I would really appreciate the guidance on this matter.
