Hello--

We are running OpManager build 11300 with a Central Administration and 4 Probes. *Each probe is on a dedicated VM server with ample allocated resources.

The central admin, and 3 of the 4 probes run without problem, however, one probe "Probe 2" has a service problem every day.

Basically, the web gui just spins, I remote into the server and try to stop the ManagedEngine OpManager Probe service, and eventually get an error that the service would not stop in a timely manner.

I end up having the reboot the server and then it works for the rest of the day. Obviously this is a problem and I'm looking for advice on what I can do to resolve the issue.

CPU is a Xeon ES-2680 2.70 GHz (x2)
8 GB RAM
Windows 2012 Standard 64-bit platform
