Need a report that shows calls by time of day
Hello,
I need a report that will show my the number of calls we took for a specific hour. Example: 2 cals between 8-9, 6 calls between 9-10, etc. I need it for all day and our Service Desk is open from 0730 to 2300. Any help from anyone would be great!
