Need a custom asset report

Need a custom asset report

I need a report with following fields. Is it possible in SDP ?
  • Computer Name
  • Current User
  • Department
  • Previous User
What I could make is with only first three fields. I could not insert 4th field in the report. Any help would be appreciated. :)
