i am evaluating OpManager, and installed NCM plug-in, but whenever i am trying to access it from OpManager, i am getting a page saying " Server refused the connection" in chrome and in firefox

"Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 192.XX.XX.XX:6060".

any one can guide me..
