I'm hoping someone went through this already and has a solution, or at least a way to troubleshoot. We had OpManager Professional 12.5.583 backing up some PA220 and PA3260 devices for months without issue. We just upgrading the Palo Alto devices from 9.x to 10.x and now NCM can no longer back them up. I can SSH to the devices using PuTTY from the server and using the SSH connection within OpManager. Both can successfully connect. But, when trying to backup the device, OpManager fails every step of the connection test. The Execution Output lists "Device response not available".
Anyone have a similar situation happen after upgrades to their Palo Alto devices, or have suggestions on a better way to troubleshoot that NCM SSH connection to the device? Thanks in advance.
