Naming format with custom attribute failure
We create student user accounts with the following format: 04SurnameInitial.
I have created a naming format as follows: %startingyear%%sn%%initials%
I have a column in the .csv file with the required %startingyear% but ADM+ fails to use this field. Each user account is created as follows: %startingyear%SurnameInitials - which is useless to us.
How can I get ADM+ to use the startingyear column from a .csv and use it to create a logon\account name.
