Name Resolution
I have just installed the 30 day evalution copy of Ops Manager (very nice tool) but I have a couple of problems that I hope someone can help me with. Firstly all the names of servers/workstations/printers appear as so:
adsl-0-1-91.shv.bellsouth.net (with 91 being replaced by the IP address assisgned to that particular kit). Can anyone tell me why?
Secondly there is no monitoring of any of the desktops. They are detected by the tool but there is CPU/Memory/Type info associated with them.
Again any advice is appreciated.
