mysqld-nt.exe problems

mysqld-nt.exe problems

Hello, I'm evaluating NFA for my company and I'd have to say that I like this app and GUI better than any other out there. I have ran into a major issue though. I'm simply managing two different interfaces on two different 7206 Cisco routers. My ports are correctly registered as they are imported into NFA via SNMP. When I start NFA everything seems to be fine and works great, but usually after about 5 to 10 minutes I can no longer view source, destination, or top conversations. Hosts and applications come up just fine. I've tuned the files as needed following advent's guidelines for 3 gigs of ram and verified that the server is reflecting the change. There was one time today when everything was running smooth for about 25 minutes and I noticed that mysqld-nt.exe was running around 20% utilization as the 1 minute poll occured, but would release to 0% when needed. When I noticed that I could no longer reach top conversations I verified that mysqld-nt.exe was climbing up to 70%-100% cpu utilization and wouldn't decrease back down again I thought I could work through this issue after changing servers for a bigger and better one. My current server is dual Xeon 2.4 Ghz with 3GB of ram and a mirrored HD "40 GB". The operating system is Windows Server 2003 Standard. I've tried this issue with and without service pack 1. The company I'm with wants to purchase a commercial license to monitor more interfaces if we can work through this issue.
Thank you for any help!
