Mysql-nt.exe keeps crashing

Mysql-nt.exe keeps crashing

Our servicedesk plus server has been crashing lately with a mysql-nt.exe error. After looking around i found this
Can't open and lock time zone table: Table 'mysql.time_zone_leap_second' doesn't exist trying to live without them
in the event viewer. I'm also attaching a support file generated from within HD. We are running Version : 7.0.0 Build Number : 7015. Any help is greatly appreciated
