We have a version of ServiceDesk Plus 9.0.34 32bit with 32bit MySQL database . We installed since version 8.1 and we have always done the updates one by one. Maintenance , we encounter performance problems. My first question : Do you think that reinstalling ServiceDesk in 64bits with MSSQL database 2012 64bit will increase application performance ? We have a server with 16GB of RAM and the possibility of outsourcing the database on another server .

Second question: I tried to migrate MySQL database to MSSQL Server of following the procedure : http://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/faq-general-modules.html#database7

Alas, I get an error during restore.
