My deactivated technicians auto-reactivate every time that domain syncs.

My deactivated technicians auto-reactivate every time that domain syncs.

After the last update, my disabled technicians get auto activated when the domain syncs.
How can i permenatly disable them?
I get license violation error without a reason.
