Here are some remarks concerning your product OpManager.
At present, in trial version, I am going to worry the acquisition.
Here a list of problems.
Routers:
- Already quoted on the forum, temperature of routers Cisco (7200 and 1600) does not work.
- In the tab Maps, if one click on the interface of a router, the downtime is OK. If we are on the page Device details of the router and what we click on the interface, Downtime are bad.
Server:
- For 2 Ibm AS/400 in monitoring, the value TX and RX of the interfaces Ethernet is false. The values are different between the detail of the interface and the values of Traffic Monitor. I also have an inversion between 2 interfaces. Meters for the interface ETH3 of my AS/400 are in the interface ETH2.
Admin:
- We cannot put any more in blank the parameters of Proxy from the moment when we bring in to him values.
Here a list of wishes for new functions.
- Allow to create the other Infrastructures View. Example Access Point. Your product Wifi manager is too complete for my use and is not compatible with my AP. I want simply an monitor on a ping.
- Remove(untie) in the pack of installation the customer Java. It is simpler to install the complete version on the server and to be able to install the customer Java which in more functions (creation of maps for example) on the pc of the administrator.
- In the case of a cluster (always with my 2 AS / 400) it would indeed be necessary to be able to watch, besides 2 systems, address virtual IP that they are divided. If I add a device with this address Ip he says to me that the system is already present in the base. If I lose one of 2 systems, I want to be warned if the virtual ip remains on-line.
- In the various sights, be able to sort out devices by their name or by the address Ip.
- Be able to open one Business View in full screen with the Web customer.
- Be able to in Custom Report create a report by selecting several devices to edit (for example the availability and ping).
- Be able to report alarms following criterion and not only the active alarms and also since the Web customer.
I am convinced that you have the best product. Simple and dynamic.
