"Mute" email notifications to requesters?
We are trying to migrate from Spiceworks to SDP on prem.
I'm not finding a way to "mute" or stop all email notifications for a specific request/ticket. Having this ability would be a super quick way to stop email notifications just for that request.
Also, there are just simply some requests that come in where we want or need to STOP all outbound email notifications for any number of reasons, such as stopping email loops, or the requestor just says "stop emailing me" and we want to respect that. Is there a way to do this quickly today?
Going in and creating a rule in the Junk Notification Filter is time consuming and not a quick enough way to stop the emails. thanks for any thoughts on this issue
