Multple SLA management
Dear all,
We would like to use several SLA at the same time using some common servers or business objects.
Here is an example to better understand the need
3 servers : A , B , C
3 SLA (=3 customers)
SLA 1 covers servers A & B
SLA 2 covers servers A & C
SLA 3 covers servers B & C
Currently each time we add a SLA and select servers (or monitor groups) these are disabled (not appearing) when we create a second SLA.
Could you provide a solution that meets our needs ?
