Multiplying the server object number
Hi,
I have a problem with the servers infrastructure view. All servers are being multiplied according the services available on device. For example: I have one server (RIOSERVER) that has 2 services (FTP, WEB)... so in my Servers infrastructure view I will find the correct server object (RIOSERVER) and two more objects (RIOSERVER_FTP_21 and RIOSERVER_WEB_80).
Actions already taken:
- Repair database
- Shutdown the server
- Upgrade version to 7200
OpManager Licence Info:
License type: Premium
Build Number: 7200 (problem happens with older versions... since 7100)
Maximum no of devices: 250
Total monitored devices: 200
Database: MySQL (default DB)
OpManager Server Info:
Operational System: Windows 2000
RAM: 4GB
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 - 3GHz
