Multiple Version having different passwords

In our environment, we have different passwords depending on the version of system that we are connecting to. For example, in version A, the root password could be "!!@$#!#@WE" and in version B, the password could be "%^$#%#$*". Of course, these are not valid passwords.
Is there the capability to store multiple passwords for the same user but order them by version?
