Multiple technicians picking up same ticket
Several times now all the members in one of my support groups get notified of a new ticket. They follow the link and hit the 'Pick Up' button. The problems is that someone else had already picked up the request and was working on it.
Is there a way to disable the 'Pick Up' button once someone has already claimed it or at least a better (more immediate) notification that it's already been claimed?
