Is it possible to have multiple surveys?

e.g. A survey every 6mths about general customer service. A survey after a request has been completed.

I have looked in the Admin-User Survey pages, but it doesn't look like this is possible. Ideally we would like to select a survey to run, choose the respondents and specify the frequency.
