We have several offices with each office having their own software repository server.  When deploying packages we copy each package on their local server so when our users need software the install does not take long.  This works well when installing stuff manually, we remote into a remote users machine and install packages fine.  However, now we are doing a silent install using manage engine.  When we deploy the packages on our local office (ny) the packages install perfectly to our users.  If I try deploying them to our remote users they install good also (using our ny server).  However, when I make specific packages for example for Maryland using the Maryland server, I get errors such as not enough elevation, fatal error installs, etc.  All our users have access to all he software repositories that we have.  

I have tried:

-Changing software repository to the remote server with same results

-changing unc paths to ip 

-running as admin user installation

-changing policy to install software after a reboot is done 

Has anyone here been able to do multiple software repository locations?  I am already doing Email support but it is taking very long to get a good answer.
