Multiple Sites - Single Technicians
Hello...
My organization is using Servicedesk Plus V6.0.0 Build 6007, and I have a setup problem. We have multiple sites but only one technician per site. Is there anyway I can get business/notification rules setup to examine the incoming request and have it sent to the correct technician based upon the location of the request?
IE: Requestor1 sends a request in, and Technician1 gets it in Building1.
Only Technician1 should get an e-mail notifying him of the request, not all technicians in all locations.
