I have Service Desk configured with multiple sites. The technicians are only able to view requests for the site they belong to. I don't want them to see other site's requests which is why they are not apart of SDSiteAdmins. On occasion User1 in SiteA needs to request for something in SiteB. When User1 submits the request, the request will automatically be sent to SiteA technicians which I want to avoid. Is it possible for User1 to be able to select a site when filling out the request? Right now when a User submits a request the Site is pre-filled. At the very least can Technician1 for SiteA change the request from SiteA to SiteB (they cannot do this either because the technicians are not Site Admins)?
