When a change is created I can chose multiple reviewers which can be technicians or users, but there isn't an option that multiple users then can create their own review. 

This way a non-technician can delete the review of a technician. 

We would like to give the change requester and maybe some other power users the opportunity to tell us, if the change that was requested works as intended.  To make this work, we'd need to have multiple reviewers state their opinion on a change.
