I'm wondering if there is a way to essentially have dual organizations within a single organizational instance? I.E. - can I have 2 departments using Service Desk and all it's corresponding features, but be totally blind to each other? That is, without having a second Service Desk install/server?
I've tried tinkering with Roles/Departments/Groups and I can't model it to act as a complete system and hidden from the other.
If someone could let me know, I'd appreciate it. If you need clarification, please let me know as well.
