Multiple Network and Domain Scans
Hello,
I work for a consulting company that has multiple clients on muliple networks and domains. Is there any way we can setup Service Desk plus to scan their domains or networks from our office? We have tried VPN'ing into their network and running a domain and network scan but have goten errors.
Or if there is a way while we are at their office to scan their domain and upload it to ServiceDesk Plus.
