Hello -

There are multiple unresolved issues in 14.0.

1. Rate limit exceed by <username>

This is a major deal because it's crushing resources on the server

2. Replies in tickets are getting double spaced. This does not look professional 

Both of these issues have been raised in multiple previous patched - when can we expect them to be resolved?
