multiple issues

Hello I'm running the beta wan DC6 and I'm running into many issues.
1. Not all computers will upload their reports the to server. i have check all firewalls and made sure all the proper services are on. Both at Vista machines.
2. I have a few computers with SP3 installed but the vul reports them as not being installed.

this might be more a of a feature request but is there a way to find out the status of the antivirus installed ie. updated, scans done ect.
also would there be a way to push or force the AV to update?
oh as for the antivirus we use AVG

Oh P.S is their also a way to pull up the event viewer and have it filter out and send errors and warnings?
