Hi.

SDP will not let me create a second group. When I click the 'Save' button, it keeps telling me "Group name already exists".

1. Is there a limit to the number of groups that can be created with SDP in free mode?

2. Is there some kind of limit that won't let a technician be in more than one group?

Any ideas?
