Multiple Features Requested
Running SD+ 6 build 6011 (waiting for the v7 upgrade pack... patiently)
Features that we'd like to see implemented. Please let us know if any of these have already been filled in SD7 and i apologize in advance for double listing them.
1. Custom Request Layout for Requesters and Technicians
2. Discount % field in P.O. system
3. Submit PO for approval, email notification should be a drop down list of Techs that have the right to approve PO's instead of having to type the address manually.
4. Once PO has been approved and the approver wants to notify via email the po should automatically insert the creators name/email in the To: field not the approver's
5. When creating tasks, you should be able to assign the tasks to a group instead of a technician.
6. Tasks View - should list "My Tasks" and " Group Tasks". should include all groups tech is a member of. this request is closely tied with #5.
7. Should be able to minimize the Announcement area just like the sidebar
8. Need to have multiple shipping addresses drop down list when creating PO - this is very important for us as we have multiple locations and when we order equipment we ship them directly to the remote locations. right now we have to manually edit the 'Ship To" address with each PO that needs to go to a remote location.
