Multiple emails for one ticket

Multiple emails for one ticket

I know if you put ##ticket_number## in the subject of an email, it appends it to the ticket. But is there any other way? For instance, OpManager may generate 4 or 5 tickets in helpdesk, for one server outage. I would really prefer one ticket with all the emails attached to the ticket. Otherwise, I have to go in and merge all the tickets together.
