I'm working on setting up Service Desk Plus to connect to Lotus Notes. I've been able to connect and fetch emails into the system but the email address included with the ticket is generic from the Lotus Notes profile. What I want to do is have separate email addresses for different request types. For instance,
service@domain.com would go to tech1 and
request@domain.com would go to tech2. How can I do that in SDP when I can only attach to one mailbox?
