Hello
We have 1 master IT Support Alias which SDP uses for 'fetching' :
The below 3 email addresses are added as additional email addresses under support@companyname,com
Unfortunately the groups and business rules do not appear to work this way as all requests come through to SDP as the master support email address, i do not want to create separate mailboxes with forwarding rules (that will eat into my microsoft exchange licencing)
Is there a way round this?
Any advice welcome
