Multiple Approval for ServiceRequest
Hi Team
Any feature in the road map for Multiple Approval in case of Service Request. We have customers who use Hierarchy when raising Service Request. This is for a Bank.
Any ideas or workaround is also good, we did suggest Change Management module, but its not the right way to do .
