Is there atrick to adding more than one email recipient in the To or CC fields when replying to hte requestor through the Service Desk App?

I need to reply to the requestor but also add in the rest of the team for informational purposes. About 5 people total. I would prefer to have this run through the Service Desk App so a log of this would be kept against the ticket.
