Can you suggest how can a multi line text box be inserted on a Question Type when adding a resource on the Service Catalog ? THE ABOVE ARE ALL SINGLE LINE text boxes? there is no option of Multi Line ?

Also can we create the form to say if Folder path contain "Projects"
