I’m in the process of enforcing MFA enrollment and MFA on our servers/endpoints using ADSelfService Plus. After completing the configuration and running some tests, the GINA application is triggered. However, only the Reset Password/Unlock Account module pops up, and there’s no option to access MFA or approve the login.
Could anyone advise whether this issue is caused by a misconfiguration, or if there’s a need to modify a specific system file to resolve it?
