MSSQL Transaction log

MSSQL Transaction log

I am using ServiceDesk 7021 with MSSQL as the database hosted on a seperate server.
Could someone tell me if I move the transaction log to a different directory on the MSSQL server will this have an impact when I run a future upgrade to Servicedesk.
