MSSQL Query to report on Business Rule assignments

Hi,

I want to link request categories to the category criteria held within a business rule I've written which places requests into a specific technician request group (for email notification) based on the request category. I also want to link the group assignment information to this same query to provide a big picture and document how the business rules work for my organisation.

If you can advise me which tables hold the following, I may be able to work this out myself:

1) the business rule information
2) the group and group technician data
3) How to link these up in MSSQL
