Hi,

I have any question about monitoring MSSQL Database. In my corporation, Some can be monitored by AppManager but some always showed health as resource down even that MSSQL had still worked properly. I can ping and telnet port 1433 successfully. When I try to run MsSQLDebug.bat, The result show as below,

 Discovery for database using hostname itpc.domain.com and port number 1433 failed after 23250 ms

 Discovery for database using ip address 172.20.1.11 and port number 1433 successfull after 141 ms

 Connection successfully established while using the url-> jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://itpc.domain.com:1433/master and user sa after 171 ms

 Connection successfully established while using the url-> jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://172.20.1.11:1433/master and user sa after 0 ms

 Query successfully executed after 0 ms

I don't know what's wrong.Please help me!
