MSSQL Add-on problems
Hi,
Currently using OpManager v7.0.2, freshly installed, added registration for MSSQL add-on and getting weird behavior.
For SQL Server 2005
adding MSSQL monitor, service and ie Cache hit ratio
then try to Add DB no DB found (I ran wmiadap /f several time on server, remove all monitors restarted OPM with no luck even if opm didn't asked for it as it usually do)
For SQL2000
adding MSSQL monitor, service and ie Cache hit ratio
then choosing DB works ok
Then dashboard display no data even after two days.
When test a mssql monitor it fails
However going to monitors individually show data in graph.
Lasty crazy thing, I get/installed free v of application Manager 8 on a separate machine, and monitoring the same servers with same credentials work just great.
Windows XP based OpManager v7.02 with MSSQL 2005 SP1 BackEnd DB.
the main server we need to monitor is the BE SQL server so 2005 SP1
Was incontavct with Support who ask me to do want I already did (wmiadap /f, remove monitors and restart OPM) then they stop responding.
