MSSQL 'Login Failed' error on install

MSSQL 'Login Failed' error on install

I'm trying to install OpManager 7, but when I try to setup an MSSQL connection all I get is a 'Login Failed' error. I'm using the sa account and have even setup a test SQL install on a different server with the same results.

Any ideas?
