I'm new to ServiceDesk Plus and I'm having a problem that many others have had; trying to hide the default request template. According to documentation that I've found, MSPSDP-3388 gives us the option to "disable the default request template for requesters." Then, at  http://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/faq-admin-modules.html, I found the following instructions...but the "Disable default request template for requesters" setting is not there.
