MSP versions more modular i,e, Project Management
In Service Desk Plus you can get Professioal version and add modules Project Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Problem Management if needed but Billing is only in MSP. .
Are you going to offer MSP as modular version is similar way instead of forcing users to buy Enterprise version just to be able to use
