MSP Quick Communications question ....
Hey guys, Im evaluating the MSP product for our company .....
Quick question, If i have a primary console in my office and a remote console at a client site, who initiates the connection ?
I'm thinking of security issues for our clients, and having a 24x7 connection between the sites, or just leaving a port open sounds a little spooky to the clients ....
Basically, does the client end initate the connection or the primary console ?
